Subject: Family Reunion

Hello everyone and Happy Father's Day to all the fathers.

We are getting much closer to the reunion, just 2 and a half weeks out! We just want to get a quick update from everyone on their status of attending and beds needed! In the kids rooms we have 3 sets of bunk beds. We have a queen size air mattress that will be available for anyone to use. Upstairs is a large carpeted area for anyone to sleep on the floor and 2 couches up there also. Outside we have a trampoline to sleep on and tents are more than welcome to be set up.

Please confirm if you will be attending and who in your family will be coming with you. Also, please let us know if you have a preference on where you would like to sleep. This will help us be set up and prepared. If you are flying into Fresno we can pick you up, it's only about 15 mins from our house. If you are flying into San Jose (usually cheaper) it's about 3 hours and we could come and pick you up if you let us know ahead of time.

A couple of things:
-Please bring plenty of swim gear (Whatever that means for your family)!
-Please bring camp chairs if you can. If not no worries, we have about 17 inside chairs and 15 outside seats.
-Pop up tents for shade would be great as well.
-If you have tubes to float with, please bring them! We will be floating down the creek behind our house a lot! The thicker the tubes the better because there are some sticks and wild raspberry plants along the side of the creek in some areas.
-There is a Super Walmart close by for any purchasing needs.
-Fresno (Big Town) is 20-30 minutes away with real grocery stores.
-If you would like to tie dye something, bring it! We have red and blue (T-shirts are done)
-Olympic Events are as follows (so far) Tug of war, a relay(in mud), pie eating contests (pie flavor requests?), blanket volley?...there is enough awards for 5 events...any suggestions?

Again, it will be hot (about 100 degrees) and so we plan on spending a lot of time in and around the water. We have the creek in the back for the bigger kids, a large swimming pool for everyone and sprinklers for the little kids and Grandpa.

Lastly, Max will be getting baptized on Saturday July 6th. You are all welcome to attend :) I believe it is at 4:00 but I will confirm that.

If you have any questions or comments please let us know! Thanks.
